Changes or cancels the order
Most bookings made at WinSupport are final. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service representatives to change the order details, such as delivery destination, splitting delivery, changing the delivery time and designating a consolidated shipment for multiple orders.
If you register an order on the website, the order will be entered when we send the notification e-mail about the order acceptance of the order. Please be forewarned that orders cannot be canceled after the entry.
Customers can choose industry-leading freight companies, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, at check-out. You can select whether to charge the customer's shipping account or to charge the WinSupport shipping account by paying the prefixed cost at the time of order. All relevant shipping and tracking information, including airway bill numbers, is provided automatically upon shipment of each purchase.

If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the product only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
There are any problems with the product we delivered, such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.
We are informed of the defect described above within 60 days after the delivery of the product.
The product is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.

In no event shall WinSupport be liable to you or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. subject to the foregoing, in no event shall the liability of WinSupport relating in any way to any product exceed the purchase price for the product, regardless of the legal theory asserted for such liability, whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise. you acknowledge that the amounts payable for the products are based in part on these limitations, and you further agree that these limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
l Export Term of Use
The products sold by WinSupport and its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively "WinSupport-ic.com") are not intended for, and by ordering them you agree that they will not be used in, life support systems, human implantation, nuclear facilities or systems or any other application where product failure could lead to loss of life or catastrophic property damage. Buyer certifies that it will be the recipient of Products to be delivered by Seller. Buyer acknowledges that the Products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries including the Export Administration Laws and Regulations of the United States. Buyer agrees to comply strictly with all U.S. export laws and assume sole responsibility for obtaining licenses to export or re-export as may be required and acknowledges that it shall not directly or indirectly export any Products to any country to which such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Products sold by Seller cannot be transferred, sold or re-exported to any party on the Entity List or Restricted Person List of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), any party designated by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and any party debarred or sanctioned for proliferation or terrorism reasons by the U.S. State Department. Products sold by Seller are not designed, intended or authorized for use in life support, life-sustaining, nuclear, or other applications in which the failure of such Products could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life or catastrophic property damage. If you breach this agreement, you agree to indemnify WinSupport for and hold our harmless against any loss, cost or damage to WinSupport which arises or results from such breach. (1) Buyer acknowledges that such use or sale is at Buyer's sole risk; (2) Buyer agrees that Seller and the manufacturer of the Products are not liable, in whole or in part, for any claim or damage arising from such use; and (3) Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller and the manufacturer of the Products harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use or sale.
